These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ramseyoffice.shop (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from RAMSEYS' PRINTING AND OFFICE PRODUCTS, INC. (“Ramseyoffice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout and for keeping any account credentials secure.

3. Products & descriptions

We work to describe and depict our products accurately, including materials and dimensions. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the physical item. Products are office accessories only and are not food-grade; wooden and metal components must not be used for food contact or as utensils. We sell only our own Ramseyoffice products and do not resell or imitate other brands.

4. Pricing & currency

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are shown on each product page and at checkout. Prices, promotions, and the free-shipping threshold (currently orders over $80) may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel any affected order with a full refund.

5. Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and/or ship the items. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal); we do not store full card numbers. Your statement will show the descriptor RAMSEYOFFICE DESK. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will refund any amount charged.

6. Shipping & risk of loss

Shipping terms, estimates, and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Import duties and taxes on international orders are your responsibility.

7. Returns & refunds

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains what can be returned, the 14-day window, items that are non-returnable once opened (such as notebooks, sticky notes, and label packs), and refund timeframes. That policy is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, product designs, photography, logos, and the Ramseyoffice name — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to breach security, scrape at scale, submit fraudulent orders, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in Florida, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
