Returns & Refunds
Not quite right? You have 14 days. Here's exactly how it works, including the few items we can't accept back.
Our return window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened where sealed, and in their original packaging and condition.
Items we cannot accept back
For hygiene, safety, and the nature of the products, the following are non-returnable once opened or used:
- Opened or written-in notebooks and notebook sets
- Opened sticky-note pads
- Opened or applied label packs and personalized/printed labels
- Opened calendar-card refill sets
- Any item showing signs of use, assembly, or removed protective film
Sealed versions of these items are returnable within the standard window. Bundles are returnable as complete, unopened sets; once a consumable item inside a bundle is opened, that item becomes non-returnable.
How to start a return
- Email support@ramseyoffice.shopwith your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them back. We recommend a tracked service.
Return shipping costs
For a standard change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the return is because of our error — a wrong, damaged, or defective item — we cover return shipping and the replacement or refund in full.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. All refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD).
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of deliverywith your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
